Fengwei manipulators allow for simplified torch positioning when parts vary in shape and size. The column includes 360° rotation, allowing it to rotate and position the welding head over multiple welding positioners or other fixtures. The motorized boom is powered vertical and horizontally. The horizontal motion can be used as a welding axis for linear joints.

Provides 12 ft. of vertical and horizontal travel to position the weld head for circumferential or linear welding applications. The Fengwei 12 x 12 Manipulator has a weight capacity of 500 lbs.
Multiple Base Options
Fengwei Manipulators include standard cross base or optional manual or powered travel cart bases can be provided. Optional tracks are available in 10ft increments for cart bases.
High Precision Movement
Fengwei manipulators come standard with linear rails, for precision boom movement for linear welding.
Multiple Control System Options
Fengwei manipulators are available with 9900 Series computer based or 9700 Series micro-processor based controllers to meet your application requirements

The welding manipulator can be 3 in 1 controlled together with welding power, welding rotator or positioner according to clients' requests.
The column and boom adopt welding parts which adopt tempering post welding, then carry out fine machining which can ensure higher precision requirement.
Boom adopts square rail, horizontal stretch and retract adopts gear and rack transmission with high precision and stability.
Safety falling protective device is set for boom elevating.
There's cross slider for the welding torch equipped in front of the boom to realize welding torch cross adjust for going up, down, left, right.
There's ladder on the column, which is convenient for maintenance. It is equipped with the platform convenient for Welders to stay.
It can be equipped with a wireless remote control box according to clients' requests for convenience.
