The Self-Aligning Turning Rolls ingeniously adapt the wheel centerline setting automatically as the vessel is gently placed into position. Forget about cumbersome couplings or pins-'SA-Rolls' effortlessly offer constant centerline precision, streamlining setup and alignment processes for absolute ease. These innovative rollers can rotate workpieces with diameters ranging from a compact 12 inches to a substantial 16 feet, all without the need for adjustment or drive shaft modification. SA-Rolls accommodate capacities from 15 to an impressive 180 tons. Powered by state-of-the-art AC variable frequency drives, the motors deliver an extensive array of rotation speeds. Standard hand-held operator pendants and optional foot switch controls present user-friendly operational convenience.
