The innovative Self-Aligning Turning Rolls automatically adjust the wheel centerline setting when a vessel is carefully lowered into place, eliminating the need for coupling changes or pin replacements. The 'SA-Rolls' offer a unique advantage with their constant centerline capabilities, ensuring that setup and alignment are straightforward and efficient. These self-aligning rollers can effortlessly rotate workpieces ranging from a compact 12 inches to a grand 16 feet in diameter without requiring any adjustments or changes to the drive shafts. Available in various capacities from 15 tons to a robust 180 tons, these rolls are powered by cutting-edge AC variable frequency drives.
