With no cumbersome couplings to adjust or pins to manage, the 'SA-Rolls' ensure swift and effortless setup and alignment. These innovative self-aligning rollers maintain a stable centerline, comfortably rotating workpieces from a compact 12" to an expansive 16' without the need for drive shaft adjustments. Available in impressive capacities ranging from 15 ton to 180 ton, these rolls are powered by AC variable frequency drives, offering an extensive rotation speed range. Standard operator control is facilitated through hand-held pendants, with the option for additional foot switch controls for enhanced convenience.
