Known as "SA-Rolls," they ensure a consistent centerline, streamlining setup and alignment processes. These self-aligning marvels can accommodate workpieces with diameters from a compact 12" to a hefty 16', without any need for drive shaft adjustments. Offered in capacities ranging from 15 tons to an impressive 180 tons, these rolls are powered by AC variable frequency drives that deliver a diverse range of rotation speeds. Standard features include hand-held operator pendants, with optional foot switch controls available for enhanced convenience.
With centerline settings that automatically adjust infinitely, aligning for tapered vessels becomes remarkably straightforward. The increased surface area, thanks to the four wheels per unit, ensures exceptional support for thin-walled vessels.
