These 'SA-Rolls' deliver consistent centerline precision, simplifying setup and alignment. Designed to handle workpieces from a mere 12 inches to a staggering 16 feet in diameter without any drive shaft modifications, SA-Rolls are available in a robust range from 15 to 180 tons. Equipped with AC variable frequency drives, the motors offer an extensive range of rotation speeds. Standard features include hand-held operator pendants, with optional foot switch controls for added convenience.
With their automatically infinitely adjustable centerline settings, these rolls make aligning tapered vessels a breeze, while the expanded surface area of four wheels per unit provides extra support for thin-walled vessels.
