The All-in-One machine integrates 3 main machines which are Assembling, Welding and Straightening Machine, normally used for H-beam and T-beam Steel production. Once the workpieces are settled into the entrance, the finished products can be automatically completed and output at one time through the whole line. The intermediate process significantly improves production efficiency by requiring fewer labor and equipment input and saving space.

The frame is welded by plates and profiles, and has sufficient mechanical strength to ensure long-term use without deformation. The groove is more convenient for workpiece fixing. Chucks can be configured according to customer requirements. The rotation of the worktable adopts a slewing bearing, which has a strong bearing capacity.

AC variable frequency governor is mainly used to control and adjust the speed of three-phase AC asynchronous motors, with stable performance, rich combination functions, good dynamic characteristics, super overload capacity and unparalleled flexibility. Electrical control system adopts IP45 above protection against dust and heavy rain and remote wire / wireless control box operation.
